Mrs. Lewis is a second year teacher here at Philips Preparatory. She is a graduate of The University of South Alabama, with a double major in Secondary Education and History. Mrs. Lewis teaches 7th grade Civics/Geography, as well as 8th grade World History. She proudly sponsors the National History Day Club, where students explore various topics in history and conduct meaningful research. Through the National History Day organization, Mrs. Lewis is one of two teachers in the state of Alabama to be nominated for the Patricia Berhing Teacher of the Year Award in 2022.
